Parking and Access

You are welcome to pull one vehicle into the parking space in front of the house. If you have a second vehicle you will need to park it on the street.

The access code to enter the property is 1979

Garbage

You are more than welcome to put your trash into the black barrel outside in the back patio area. There is a blue recycling bin that you can place all your recyclables in. Please make sure all trash is properly put in a trash bag before inserting it into the proper barrel. Thank you!

Thermostat

Please leave the thermostat between 55-75 degrees. When you check out, please turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. Thank you!

Hot Tub

We all want super clean water, so please shower without soap before use and wipe any debris off your feet before getting in. Please keep the lid on and clipped when not in use. We also ask that you empty in one chemical cup directly into the hot tub filter before each use.

Please know that our hot tub area is not out of view from other’s in sight. Enjoy!

Television

The Smart TV can be used with HDMI to your personal device or through digital platform (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, or whatever you have subscriptions for). Please make sure to log out of all of your accounts on your checkout day.

Pet Policy

We are so happy that your furry friend could join you at Three Oaks! We just ask that you please:

• pick up after they go to the bathroom
• don’t leave them unattended in the house, unless they are crated.
• please don’t let them on any furniture -make sure they are leashed while outside. We have a lot of wildlife!
